• low season (3 night minimum): $70/night ... $385/week ... $1,350/month

• mid season - nov 15 to dec 20 & apr 15 to may 15 (5 night minimum): $95/night ... $520/week ... $1,800/month

• high season - jan 6 to apr 15 (5 night minimum): $120/night ... $700/week ... $2,450/month

• holidays - dec 21 to jan 6 (10 night minimum): $180/night

* prices are based on double occupancy.   this condo sleeps a maximum of four.
