deposit and cancellation policy

deposits are subject to nominal visa and mastercard fees through paypal and will usually be added to the quoted rate. we have found paypal to be the best method of payment for protection of all parties and ease of transaction. 

a 20% deposit will be charged at the time of booking for low and mid season bookings (50% during high season and holidays).  cancellations up to 61 days prior to arrival will receive a full deposit refund.  cancellations 60 days or less prior to arrival may result in the loss of the booking deposit.  the remaining balance is due 60 days prior and may be refunded pending the ability to rebook the condo during the cancelled dates.

security deposit and refund

 a $200 security deposit will be authorized on the guest’s credit card (or paid in cash) at the time of check-in.  the property will be inspected and inventoried after the guest’s departure.  the security deposit authorization will be voided or returned to the guest within 14 days, minus payment for any loss or damage.
